- Use of golf cart during your stay makes trips to the beach and shops on Front Beach road fun and easy. Or walk to the beach, just one block away!
- Lots of parking in addition to the garage like the covered carport and gravel parking pad in front
- Leave it at home? We've probably got it here! - we have wireless internet, cable TV, DVD player and a stash of movies, games and books, washer/dryer with detergent for your laundry needs, linen closet stocked with extra towels (including beach towels) and sheets, beach chairs and toys, and plenty of extra toiletry items just in case you forget something
- A short walk or golf-cart ride to several convenience stores, and a short drive to WalMart, Publix, restaurants and Pier Park - an outdoor shopping complex complete with amusement park, movie theater, department stores and boutiques, restaurants and pier

Bill and Meilin, as always, thank you SO much for letting us visit our "second home" :-) We always enjoy the freedom of a house, the warmth of a home, and the ease of life down here. A block from the most beautiful beach we know, and every store and restaurant we want, within 10minutes. The only thing that would make it better, is if we owned it!

I'm glad you guys made the blogspot, so Lisa and I have a place to comment now, and share our experiences.
This time around was gorgeous weather, crystal clear water - 150 yards out - and a peacefulness to the waves I hadn't experienced in a long time.
You can bet we'll be coming back in mid-late Sept again next year!!
